Yes, we operate 7 days a week including most holidays. Weekend and holiday slots are in higher demand, so booking early is recommended. There may be a small premium for weekend and holiday moves.

Yes, we require an authorized adult (18+) to be present at both pickup and delivery to direct the crew, approve placement, and sign off on the inventory. If you absolutely cannot be there, a designated representative with written authorization can stand in.

Released Value Protection is the standard coverage included at no extra cost. It covers items at $0.60 per pound per article. For higher value items, Full Value Protection is recommended.

Full Value Protection is enhanced coverage where we take full responsibility for the replacement value of lost or damaged items. If an item is damaged, we will repair it, replace it with a like item, or pay you the current market value. This option has an additional cost — ask your coordinator for details.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials including propane tanks, paints, chemicals, ammunition, and certain cleaning supplies. We also do not transport living plants or animals. A full list is available on your moving contract.

For hourly moves, you are billed for actual time worked. If a move takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll communicate proactively so there are no surprises. For flat-rate moves, the price is locked in regardless of time.

Cancellations made 72+ hours before your move are fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, rescheduling is available based on our current availability. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to avoid rescheduling fees. Contact your coordinator as soon as you know you need to change your date.

How do I file a damage claim?

Note any damage on your Bill of Lading at delivery, then contact our customer service team within 9 months of your move date. We'll guide you through the claims process promptly.

We aim to acknowledge all claims within 30 days and resolve them within 60 days. Simple claims are often resolved much faster. We communicate throughout the process so you're never left wondering.
