What full packing means

Full packing means our crew packs the whole home: every room, closet, and cabinet, from the everyday things to the fragile ones. You don't buy supplies, you don't spend your weekends taping boxes, and you don't decide what goes in which carton. We do all of it.

Every box is labeled by room and contents, so when it comes off the truck, the crew knows exactly where it goes.

What the crew brings

Everything the pack needs comes with the crew: boxes in every size, packing paper, tape, shrink wrap, wardrobe boxes, and dish barrels. Materials are charged separately from the packing labor and itemized in your estimate. Wardrobe and TV boxes are free to use on moving day.

Packing paper wraps and cushions fragile items, and shrink wrap protects and holds everything together. Moving blankets to pad your furniture are always free during the move.

For oversized, glass-faced, or high-value pieces, we build custom crates ourselves.

Full packing, partial packing, or white glove

Full packing is the right fit when you want the whole home packed but would rather unpack on your own schedule. If you don't want to touch anything at either end, white glove moving adds unpacking and arranging. You let us in, and when we leave, you can start living in your new place.

Full packing with your move, or on its own

With a local move. Book packing together with our local residential moving service and one company handles your home from the first box to the last carry.

With a long-distance move. Full packing is the most popular add-on for our long-distance moves. The same truck and crew handle your move from pickup to delivery, and your belongings are never transferred to another company. We're licensed for interstate moves under MC 1694629 and US DOT 4338139.

With storage. We pack, pick everything up, keep it in our storage, and deliver it to your new place when you're ready. Storage is billed monthly, or daily for short-term storage, with a one-day minimum.

With a senior move. Packing is the most-used add-on for our senior moves, and we unpack on request.

Packing only. Packing-only jobs are welcome. We pack the home, and you take it from there.

How full packing is priced

Every home is different, so we don't publish a flat price. We estimate based on the size of your home and how much there is to pack, with materials itemized separately. Like every job, packing has a 2-hour minimum of $405.

Estimates are free, there's no deposit to book, and our pricing stays the same all year. Every move includes our standard coverage of $0.60 per pound, and you can buy full coverage insurance separately.

Booking your packing day

We work seven days a week, every day except Christmas and New Year's. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable in peak season, May through September, when the first and last weekends of each month book out first. Shorter notice is still worth a call.

There's no deposit to book, and rescheduling is free.
