What Payment Methods Are Available?
Keeping it simple: we accept credit and debit cards, cash, and Zelle. Payment is due in full when your move is finished, there is no deposit required to book, and we never charge extra for paying by card. Whichever method is easiest for you is the right one.
Your options
- Credit and debit cards. We take all major cards, so you can settle up quickly and securely once the last box is in place. And paying by card costs you nothing extra, no processing surcharge tacked on, which is not something every mover can say.
- Cash. If you prefer to keep it old-school, cash is always welcome.
- Zelle. For a fast digital transfer with a clean paper trail and no card needed, Zelle is a popular choice. A lot of customers like it for the simple record it leaves behind.
Three straightforward options, no hoops to jump through. Pick whatever fits the way you like to handle your money.
When payment is due
Payment is due in full at the completion of your move, once everything is unloaded, placed, and you are satisfied with the job.
Notice what that means: there is no deposit to reserve your date. You are not wiring us money weeks ahead and hoping for the best. You pay when the work is actually done, which keeps the whole thing simple and puts the responsibility on us to earn it first. If you ever need a different arrangement for a particular situation, just talk to our office ahead of time and we will work it out.
No surprises at the end
Your final payment matches the honest, scope-based estimate we gave you at the start. We are not going to hand you a bill full of mystery line items you never agreed to. What we quoted is what you pay, adjusted only if the actual scope of your move changed along the way. This is also why we go over the estimate with you in detail before the truck ever pulls up, so the number waiting at the end is one you already saw coming, not a shock at the finish line.
That is part of a bigger promise. We do not raise our prices by the season, and we do not change them based on the day of the month. A local move on a busy Saturday in July is billed the same way as one on a quiet Tuesday in February. No seasonal spikes, no surge pricing, no card fees, no hidden charges. On moving day, the only financial decision left in your hands is which of the three payment methods to use.
