However you reach out, the goal is the same, a clear and honest number you can plan around.

Four easy ways to get your estimate

We know people are busy, so we made getting a quote as painless as possible. Pick whichever fits your schedule:

• By phone. Tell us about your move and we will walk you through it right there. Quick and simple for a straightforward job.
• By video walkthrough. Point your phone camera around your place on a video call, and we can see your inventory without anyone coming over. Great for a detailed quote on your own time.
• In-home. For bigger or more complex moves, we will come out, look at everything in person, and give you the most precise estimate possible.
• Online. Send a quote request through the website whenever it suits you, even at midnight, and we will follow up.

Whichever you choose, it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What "non-binding" means for you

All of our estimates are non-binding, and that works in your favor. A non-binding estimate is an honest, educated projection of your cost based on the inventory and services you describe. Because a local move is billed by the hour, the final price reflects the actual time the job takes on the day.

The upside is flexibility. If you sell that big dresser next week, or decide you would rather we handle the packing after all, we simply adjust. You are not locked into a rigid contract that penalizes you for a change of plans. We would rather give you a number that is honest and adjustable than a fixed figure quietly padded to cover every "what if."

How we make the estimate accurate

A good estimate is not a guess. When we quote your move, we look at your inventory first, the volume and type of what you are moving, since a four-bedroom home needs very different resources than a studio. We factor in access and distance: the travel time between your two places, plus any stairs, elevators, or long carries at either end. Specialty pieces like a piano, antiques, or fine art get accounted for, since they need special care and equipment. And any extra services you want, full packing, a stretch of short-term storage, or packing supplies, get spelled out clearly in the quote. The more detail you give us, the tighter the number.

No hidden fees, no seasonal games

Our estimates reflect the same pricing we hold all year. We do not raise rates for a summer weekend or a holiday, and we do not change them based on the day of the month.
