Will You Remove Office Furniture, Cubicles, or Desks?
Last updated: October 2026
Yes, we remove office furniture.
Offices collect furniture the way basements collect boxes. Old desks get pushed into a storage room when new ones arrive. A cubicle row gets replaced by an open floor plan, and the old panels end up stacked in a corner. A company downsizes, and half the floor is suddenly empty chairs. Sooner or later, it all has to go. Usually that's right before a new lease starts or the new furniture shows up on a loading dock with nowhere to put it. That's when the calls come.
What we remove
Desks. Executive desks, L-shaped desks, and standing desks.
Cubicles. Panels, work surfaces, and the hardware that holds them together.
Chairs. Task chairs, conference chairs, and lobby seating.
Filing cabinets and storage. Emptied first.
Conference tables. Including the big ones that came in through a freight elevator.
Old electronics. Monitors, printers, and computers. Read can junk removal take old TVs, computers, and printers.
Taking it apart
Most office furniture has to come apart to leave the building. Nearly all of it. Cubicles break down into panels and work surfaces. Big desks and conference tables come apart so they fit through doors and into elevators. When a piece won't fit through the door or down the stairs, we take it apart to get it out.

Working with your building
Office buildings have rules. Many want a certificate of insurance before a crew walks in, and some require the building or the management company to be named as additional insured. We can do that. Read do you provide COIs for commercial buildings.
Check with your building about freight elevator times and loading dock access before you book, because many office buildings only allow this kind of work at certain hours, and it's much easier to plan around those hours than to find out about them on the day. If your building only allows work at certain hours, tell us when you call.
Before we arrive
Empty the drawers. Desks, file cabinets, and storage units should be empty.
Wipe the electronics. Back up and erase any computers or devices that are going.
Mark what's going. Tag the furniture that's leaving so nothing that's staying gets taken.
Tell us the floor. And whether there's a freight elevator.
