Tell us your delivery date and we'll schedule it. During business hours, we can often arrange delivery within a couple of days.

That's the advantage of storage that's built around a move, rather than a storage unit you rent on your own and then have to empty yourself, one carload or one rented truck at a time, on the busiest weekend of your life. You don't have to rent a truck, drive to a facility, and load everything yourself. We bring it to you.

How our storage works

One pickup. We pick your things up from your home.

Secure storage. We keep them in our storage for days or months. Everything is blanket-wrapped and inventoried.

One delivery. When you're ready, we deliver everything to your new place.

Our storage isn't open for visits. We pick your things up, store them, and deliver them when you're ready. Read can I access the piano while it's in storage, since the same rule applies to everything we store.

Planning your delivery date

Give us as much notice as you can. The earlier you tell us your date, the easier it is to get the exact day you want.

Plan around your closing. If you're waiting on a closing or a lease start, set the delivery for the day you get the keys or the day after.

Check your building. If the new building has move rules, sort those out before the delivery date. Read what if my building only allows moves on certain days.

Tell us if plans change. Closings slip. Renovations run long. Just let us know.

When you need it fast

Sometimes plans change in a hurry. It happens. The house closes early, or the renovation finishes ahead of schedule. During business hours, we can often arrange delivery within a couple of days. Call us as soon as you know.

When you're not ready yet

There's no rush on our end either. Storage is billed monthly, or daily for short-term storage, with a one-day minimum, and you can keep things stored as long as you need. Read what's the minimum storage term and how is it billed.

Getting it all back in one trip

Since we inventory everything at pickup, the delivery is planned around the full list. Everything goes back on the truck and comes to your new home in one delivery. The crew brings it in and places furniture where you want it. Assembly and disassembly are always included in our hourly rate.
