How a same-day swap works

The old piano comes out first. The crew removes it with the same care as any piano move, protecting floors, door frames, and stairs on the way out.

The new piano comes in. It's picked up from wherever it is and delivered to your home.

It goes in the spot. The new piano is placed where the old one was, or wherever you want it.

The old one goes where it should. Usable pianos go to a local donation center. The rest go to the junk yard.

Where the new piano is coming from

A private seller. You bought it from someone across town, and it needs to be picked up from their home.

A family member. A piano is being passed down, and the old one at your place is making room for it.

A store or showroom. The new piano is ready for pickup.
