Yes. We pick your items up after one event, keep them in our storage, and deliver them where you need them next.

That's useful for anyone whose pieces travel from event to event. Gallery displays. Furniture for food festivals. Staging pieces between listings. Instead of finding a garage to stuff everything into, you hand it to us and get it back when the next event comes around.

How it works

It's three steps.

Pickup. When the event ends, our crew loads your pieces at the venue.

Storage. Everything goes into our storage, where temperature and humidity are managed. That matters for wood, art, and anything that doesn't like Chicago's swings between humid summers and dry winters.

Delivery. When the next event is set, we deliver to that venue, or anywhere else you need it.

You don't have to plan the whole season ahead. Store until you know where things go next. Event calendars change constantly, with venues swapping dates and shows getting extended or cut short, and storage that's billed by the day or the month lets your pieces sit safely until the next date is actually locked in instead of forcing a decision before you're ready. Flexible by design.

How it's billed

Storage is billed monthly. For short gaps between events, it can be billed daily instead. The minimum is one day, so a two-week gap costs a two-week stay, not a month.

The pickup and the delivery are priced like our other moves, by the hour.

A few things to know

Storage isn't open for visits. Plan ahead, and keep out anything you'll need before the next delivery.

Label everything for the next event. If pieces are going to different venues later, mark them now. It saves time on delivery day, and it means nobody has to open crates in a loading dock to figure out which ones belong to the next show.

Who sets up at the next venue

On event moves, the planner directs our crew, and our foreman leads the crew alongside the planner. Read who sets up and places the furniture at the venue for how that works.

Coverage while you're between events

Every move includes our standard coverage, which is based on the weight of each item. For valuable pieces, like art for a gallery show, you can buy full coverage insurance through us or through your own insurer.
