Nothing dramatic, is the answer. A crew that arrives to a mostly-packed home doesn't stand around waiting, and doesn't start the day with a guilt trip. The work resequences itself: the crew starts on what's always theirs anyway, wrapping and carrying the furniture, protecting the floors and doorways, building the load, while the last boxes get finished in parallel. By the time the furniture's on the truck, the stragglers usually are too. The half-packed morning that feels like a crisis at 7:55 a.m. is, from the crew's side, a completely ordinary Tuesday, because some version of it happens all the time.
