"Everything was taken care of" is the kind of phrase that slides right past you in a review. It shouldn't, because behind it sits a long, quiet checklist, and the entire point of hiring a crew like Shak, Odko, Jay, and Enkh is that the checklist becomes theirs instead of yours.

Here's what the phrase actually covers on an ordinary Chicago moving day.

Before a single box moves, the crew protects both homes: runners over the floors along the paths they'll walk, padding on the door frames and tight corners.
